Our Mission

The Office of the University Registrar mission is to ensure the integrity of curricular and student records by linking students, faculty and staff with information and services that support and enhance the educational experience.

Our Purpose

As a steward of academic records, this office balances the perceived interests of the University administration and its own constituents to ensure that policies and procedures are fully executed in a manner that is compassionate and sensitive to the needs of those whose lives we seek to make better.

The Office of the University Registrar assists in the following:

  • class schedules

  • integrity of individual records in their publication

The Office of the University Registrar places services to students and faculty first among its priorities, recognizing these persons as the Office’s primary constituency. As a primary resource for students, faculty and staff this office actively seeks ways to effectively communicate and to inform constituents of their rights, responsibilities and procedures. As a service-oriented office, in addition to providing efficient and immediate access to information, this office facilitates and coordinates activities of students and faculty pertaining to academic administrative matters. To achieve optimal efficiency,we continually research best practices across higher education and modify our processes and procedures to meet our institution’s unique needs. We take pride in evolving alongside the higher education community, and in continuously evaluating and improving our business practices.
