Flyers
Student organizations may distribute printed materials on campus relating to the organization’s purpose and activities. Your flyer should have the following components:

- Name of the Event
- Name of the Student Organization hosting the event
- Date and Time
- Location
- Contact information
Social Media Posting
By request, promotional materials can be posted on the Student Life social media platforms. Please send your graphic (1080x1080px) and verbiage to davilaa6@uthscsa.edu.
Campus TV Displays
High-resolution JPEG or PNG graphics (1080x1920px) may be used as advertisements for approved student organization events. Send the advertisement to studentlife@uthscsa.edu and request for the advertisement to be put on the TV display.
Chalking
Sidewalk Chalk is PROHIBITED. Chalking on campus is not allowed due to safety concerns and cleanup costs. If a student organization violates the policy and uses sidewalk chalk, they will be charged for any cleanup costs that are incurred.
Logos
All logo requests must be approved. Go to branding.uthscsa.edu to inquire about a custom logo.
