If a student organization is traveling more than 25 miles away from campus, an Event Registration Form must be submitted via Presence for approval from the Office of Student Life.
For International Travel:
- An Event Registration Form must be submitted for approval from the Office of Student Life.
- You will receive an email from Analisa Davila, Program Coordinator, Student Engagement with follow-up information.
- Provide a list of all travelers’ names, phone numbers, emergency contact information.
- Prove an itinerary of the trip for each person, including flight itinerary.
