Creating a New Student Organization

Submitting an Application for a New Organization

1. Go to uthealthsa.presence.io
2. Log in with your UTHSA credentials.
3. Click on the “Forms” tab.
4. Go to the “Organization Registration” form.
5. On the form, designate that you are “Creating a New Student Organization”.
6. Keep an eye out for an email from Analisa Davila (davilaa6@uthscsa.edu) to schedule your Student Org Onboarding meeting.
