Phone Password

 

Veteran Services and Financial Aid recently implemented a phone password requirement to add an additional measure of security for students.  Before detailed account information can be disclosed over the phone, students will need to send an email, from their LiveMail account, to a VSFA staff member providing a phone password or a student can visit the VSFA office, Monday-Friday, 8:00am -5:00pm, and set up a password in person. Passwords can be a phrase, word, security question, or numbers but should not include identifying information such as your date of birth or social security number.
