Creating a New Student Organization

Submitting an Application for a New Organization

  1. Go to uthealthsa.presence.io
  2. Log in with your UTHSA credentials.
  3. Click on the “Forms” tab.
  4. Go to the “Organization Registration” form.
  5. On the form, designate that you are “Creating a New Student Organization”.
  6. Keep an eye out for an email from Austin Cervantes (cervantesa5@uthscsa.edu) to schedule your Student Org Onboarding meeting.
  7. Once you have had your onboarding meeting, two officers will need to complete the required student leadership training & risk management training (includes risk management, hazing, & bystander intervention training)
  8. After the required trainings are complete, congratulations! You are now a registered student organization!
