Submitting an Application for a New Organization
- Go to uthealthsa.presence.io
- Log in with your UTHSA credentials.
- Click on the “Forms” tab.
- Go to the “Organization Registration” form.
- On the form, designate that you are “Creating a New Student Organization”.
- Keep an eye out for an email from Austin Cervantes (cervantesa5@uthscsa.edu) to schedule your Student Org Onboarding meeting.
- Once you have had your onboarding meeting, two officers will need to complete the required student leadership training & risk management training (includes risk management, hazing, & bystander intervention training)
- After the required trainings are complete, congratulations! You are now a registered student organization!
