Renewing & Updating Your Student Organization

Renewal Process for Existing Organizations

  • Student organizations seeking University recognition must register on an annual basis.
  • The following steps must be completed before a student organization will be recognized as an official student organization in good standing with the university.

Click on the "Organizations" tab
Find our organization and click on its name
Click the pencil at the top right of your organization’s page
Update this page, fill out the Executive Summary, then click "Submit"
Go back to the organization home page
Click "Roster"
Update your roster with the new officers, members, and faculty advisors

If you have a revised constitution, go back to your organization page and upload the new constitution via the Documents tab.

Click “Opportunities” at the top
Click “Experiences” in the dropdown menu
Click “Leadership Training”

Updating an Existing Organization

  1. Go to uthealthsa.presence.io
  2. Click on the “Organizations” tab.
  3. Find your organization and click on the name.
  4. Click the pencil at the top right of your organization’s page.
