Military Health Institute – The Military Health Institute serves to expand on the existing great collaboration between the Health Science Center and our Department of Defense/Veterans Affairs colleagues. It will develop new opportunities for education, research, and Clinical Care. Join their Student Interest Group!
Student Counseling – Services provided include personal counseling, academic difficulties testing, career issues, medication consultation and more. After-Hour Crisis Intervention available.
Veteran Services and Financial Aid – Apply for federal/state student aid, submit your UT Health San Antonio scholarship application, military non-resident tuition waivers, Department of Defense Tuition Assistance, Hazlewood exemption, and enrollment certification for VA Educational benefits and federal loan in-school deferments.
Student Life – Get involved in a variety of organizations and events. We offer mock interviews, resume reviews and post some job announcements for our student veterans. Contact Student Life @ (210) 567-2654 for more information.
Student Ombudsperson– Our Student Ombudspersons provide support and confidential, informal, independent, and impartial assistance to students through dispute resolution and problem-solving methods.
Bursars Office– The Bursars Office manages student accounting, including the collection of student tuition and fees; student tuition and fee installments program, management, billing and collection of student long and short-term accounts receivable. Catalogue of Credentials for all schools.
Registrars Office- The Registrars Office ensures the integrity of curricular and student records by linking students, faculty, and staff with information and services that support and enhance the educational experience.
ADA Office– The ADA Office assists students with ensuring that reasonable accommodations are provided by each School if needed and approved.
Title IX Office– The Title IX Office coordinates UT Health San Antonio’s efforts to comply with and carry out its responsibilities under Title IX, which prohibits sex discrimination in all the operations of the UT Health San Antonio, as well as retaliation for the purpose of interfering with any right or privilege secured by Title IX.
