Food Pantry Pilot Program
Food, resources, and support when you need it most.
The Office of Student Life at the UT San Antonio Health Science Center campus is committed to helping students access nutritious food and basic needs resources that support their health, well-being, and academic success.
The Food Pantry provides free shelf-stable meal kits designed to offer approximately one day of nutritional support for students experiencing food insecurity.
Whether you need a meal for today or occasional assistance throughout the semester, we’re here to help.
No appointment required. Must be currently enrolled in one of the six schools at the Health Science Center.
Food Kit Distribution

Briscoe Library
Third Floor – Near the Office of Student Life, The Hub, and the main library study rooms.
Distribution Schedule
Tuesdays and Thursdays from 11:00 A.M. – 5:00 P.M.
Food kits are available on a self-service cart while supplies last.

Food kits are designed to provide convenient, shelf-stable meal options for students with busy schedules.

Please note: Food kit selections and individual items vary throughout the semester based on community resources inventory, product availability, and seasonal donations.
